Group Dog Walks

When You Can’t Be There

All dogs need daily exercise as it helps keep them healthy, happy and out of trouble. So when you are not able to walk your pooch GO Waggy Tails are here to help. We will collect your dog from your home or place of work and transport them to one of our many exciting walking destinations.

Dogs being pack animals, enjoy the social dynamics of group walks, stimulating both mind and body, resulting in a happy and tired dog when they return home. With owner's consent dogs will be walked off their lead as much as possible so they can freely run around and play together. We carefully matched all dogs in small compatible groups based on breed, age, sex and personality.

Steve has been walking my dogs since he first started GO Waggy Tails. I feel he is the best walker in the area. My dogs love him, I’m sure, more than me. I just have to drop the name Steve and my French Bulldog gets excited thinking he going out with all his mates. I trust Steve implicitly with my dogs and would unreservedly recommend him to other dog owners.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many dogs do you walk at once?

We are insured to walk up to 6 dogs at any one time per individual walker, however, we only take this many dogs when essential, for example when one of our walkers is on holiday or in the event of an emergency last minute booking.

In general we try to keep our group walks down to a maximum of 4 to 5 dogs per walker as we believe smaller groups are calmer, safer and more fun for all whilst still allowing the dogs to have plenty of fun as they can play and interact with other each other.

Are you first aid trained?

Yes we are! All of our team have a CPD accredited certificate in canine first aid and emergency care which is refreshed every 3 years. Whilst on walks we each carry an emergency first aid kit with us and all our vehicles hold a larger first aid kit as well.

Are you insured?

Yes, GO Waggy Tails Ltd and all our team members are fully insured. Feel free to ask to see a copy of our insurance certificate.

Where do you walk?

We walk in a wide variety of locations in Hailsham and it's surrounding towns and villages. We love to walk atop the downs whenever possible but also love to walk on the levels and across open fields too. We also love woodland adventures and will spend a lot of time under the shade of the trees during the summer months. Wherever we walk, we always ensure we stay far away from livestock and busy roads.

How do you transport the dogs?

Dogs are always transported safely regardless of which vehicle they are in. Our main van has spacious custom fitted crates all with emergency exits. Any other vans used will have crates installed for transportation. If using a car, dogs will either be transport in the boot behind a guard, in a crate or on a back seat using a belt clip to ensure their safety.

Do you arrange collection and drop off for the dogs?

Yes, we will collect your dog from your home or place of work within an agreed window of time and then return them after their walk.

Steve is the ultimate professional. He goes above and beyond sending regular updates and happy to talk about the adventures he has with our Elsa. However, the biggest compliment comes from our dog herself. She is so excited to see Steve and quite obviously loves him and if she's happy, I'm happy! I can't recommend him highly enough.
